Pesah Galon

CEO

Mr. Galon has occupied top executive positions for 35 years. A unique combination of software engineer and business developer, Galon founded Outlook Systems in 1985. Outlook Systems directed projects and services for many Israeli sectors. In 2004 Outlook Systems was acquired by BluePhoenix Solutions (NASDAQ:BPHX), a legacy modernization solutions provider. At BluePhoenix he served as VP of Worldwide Presales, responsible for international offerings: automated tools, services and domain expertise. In 2008 he left BluePhoenix to pursue independent consulting, serving clients such as Bank Leumi, Oracle and TCS.

 

Navot Peled

President and Co-Founder

Navot is an experienced senior executive, having served as a CEO at 2 other companies prior to co-founding Gizmox in 2007. He began his business career as a strategy and marketing consultant at the global advertising and marketing agency BBDO. Navot has been a strategic consultant to global technology and manufacturing companies including Netafim, Natuzzi, Fiat, Iveco, and Microsoft. Prior to entering the business world, he was a fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force. Navot holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

 

Leon Langleyben

R&D Lead

Leon has twenty years of experience as software developer, architect and consultant. Leon specializes in design and implementation of software infrastructures, Web development, advanced troubleshooting & performance improvement and Life Cycle Management. For years Leon was speaker on major Microsoft technology conferences and active participant in developer community. He holds MCSD certification and was Microsoft MVP for two years.

 

Guy Peled

Chief Architect & Author

Guy provided the vision behind Visual WebGui, co-founding Gizmox with Navot and Itzik in 2007. He has served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer and now focuses on strategic technology vision and new products. He brings substantial experience with developer tools and software frameworks. Prior to Gizmox, Guy held senior software development roles at Shopserve, Scepia, and IFN.

 

Daphi Gonen, PMP

VP of Project Management

Daphi is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) since 2010 and has over 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the High-Tech world; Since 2004 Daphi successfully managed multi-Million $/€ SW implementation projects in Israel, Western Europe and the US. She also established and developed Customer/Professional Service departments for Israeli Start-ups, to name a few: iForex, Jajah and eToro. An expert in Risk Analysis as well as Client Management, Daphi brings her unique problem solving approach to GizmoxTS while always placing client satisfaction as her top priority.

 

Gil Mor

VP sales America

Mr. Mor is a software executive with over twenty years of experience as sales and business development leader. After starting his career as a software engineer for Bank Leumi in Israel, Mr. Mor held a range of leaderships positions within Microsoft. Following his tenure with Microsoft Mr. Mor devoted his passion to work with startups companies. With his strong business and technical know-how, Mr. Mor was very successful at driving technology adoption with both developers and IT audiences, along with managing business partnerships with F500 firms.

 

Gil Shalit

Presales Director

Gil Shalit is an experienced developer, R&D manager and application migration expert. In previous roles he managed the development of PC tools for the migration of enterprise scale mainframe based applications. In addition to his role as development lead, he also ran the technical presales and helped architect solutions for the migration clients.
Gil has been developing in Visual Basic since version 4 through 6, and has worked extensively with various .Net technologies, as well as Web client and server tools and methodologies. He holds a B. Sc. From the Technion in Israel, and an M. Sc. From Cornel University in the USA.

 

Itzik Ganot

Director of Sales

Prior to Gizmox, Itzik held, CEO, VP Sales, Business development and Division manager positions in Israel with leading Software Integrators. Itzik served as CEO of Ernst and Young Consulting (Israel) 1999-2001. Itzik has gained IT experience, as a programmer, through system analysis, software packages technical support and presales, project management, sales, C-level management and CEO.
